See our better buildings
Regeneration includes improving buildings, creating high-quality new homes and amenities, and transforming outdoor spaces.
It's about creating great places for everyone to enjoy in Thamesmead.
So far we've built 600 new homes, have 2,000 more under construction and a further 2,200 more in the pipeline. We've also improved existing homes across the town to make them more comfortable to live in.
