Southmere Water Sports & Activity Centre 

The Southmere Water Sports & Activity Centre sits next to the refurbished Lakeside Centre on the northern side of Southmere Lake. 

Constructed by Durkan and designed by Architecture 00, it's a striking addition to Southmere Lake. Its steel cladding reflects the lake and the park while blending into the natural landscape.

The facility, which completed in 2022, complements our £2.5m investment in Southmere Lake in recent years, undertaken to improve water quality, increase biodiversity and encourage people to make the most of the local landscape.
