The Reach

The Reach in West Thamesmead offers 52 shared ownership and 14 affordable rent homes, a spacious communal garden and a commercial unit on the ground floor.

It was the first development in one of Thamesmead’s two GLA Housing Zones, which together provided £47.5m of investment.

The building was designed by award-winning architects, Pitman Tozer.
