The Thamesmead Codex is a 24-metre-long hand-painted display of conversations that vividly capture local residents' experiences of life in Thamesmead, created by renowned artist Bob and Roberta Smith over the past two years. We are excited to be showing this work in Thamesmead this summer, before it travels to be displayed at Tate Modern. The exhibition will be open to the public from 25 June and will be open for 10 weeks.
