Making Space for Nature
The Making Space for Nature programme is about creating a wilder, greener, healthier Thamesmead. You can get out in nature, meet others and chat to landscape experts and enthusiasts!
There's a number of way you can get involved:

Volunteer through our at our drop-in gardening sessions and through our biodiversity action volunteer programme.
The Making Space for Nature Community Fund offered grants of up to £2,000 to bring local people’s nature-based projects to life. The fund is now closed but you can apply for funding through the Thamesmead Community Fund.
