Street art trail

Thamesmead is home to a wealth of colourful murals. Twelve of them were hailed by online art magazine Widewalls as some of the world’s most beautiful street art created in 2021.

Thamesmead's street art trail includes stunning murals from both local and international artists. Locations span underpasses, air vents and walls. The trail was extended in summer 2023 after six artists were chosen to create new pieces following an open call. Interested in exploring the trail and learning more about the artists?
