Join this free women's health event at The Nest in Cygnet Square to build your understanding of heavy menstrual bleeding and menopause.

Guest speaker Dr Lauren Sibley, Bexley Clinical and Care's Professional Lead for Sexual and Reproductive Health, will share her insights.

The event, which is being hosted by Peabody in partnership with BVSC and the Royal Borough of Greenwich, will also include:

• Information sessions with a doctor
• Mindfulness session
• Therapeutic hand massages
• Refreshments
• Information stalls

Greenwich and Bexley Women and Girls' Health Hub will be sharing information on how to access its new services. This includes support with menopause, heavy menstrual
bleeding, pre-pregnancy care and long-term contraception.
