Learn to ride a bike and build confidence with safe cycle tours around Thamesmead.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to boost confidence riding a bike, these beginner-friendly group rides offer you a chance to learn at your pace with the support of a qualified coach.

Family sessions for riders aged over five and an adult club for over 16s are both available:

Adult Cycle Club (over 16s): 10am-12pm
Family Cycle Club (over 5s): 12pm-2pm

The clubs are a chance for people of all ages to practice cycling skills, get active and enjoy being on a bike in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.

All sessions are free. Bikes and helmets can also be provided for free to those who need them.
