Girls' and Women's Wellness Event

Girls aged over 13 and women of all ages are invited to this intergenerational dining and awareness session.

It's a chance to talk openly about period health, pre-menopause and menopause at an informative, creative and empowering event. 

Expect dance and fitness activities to get warmed up, followed by guidance on period health literacy, talks on pre-menopause and menopause, plus helpful myth-busting and tips.

Refreshments and resources will be available at this free event, which is hosted by Beyond Sisterhood Sanctuary.
