Empower Her

Empower Her is a 10-week wellbeing, confidence and progression programme led by Thrive Impact.

It is dedicated to supporting women, especially those affected by domestic and gender-based abuse.

The programme, delivered in partnership with Peabody, is suitable for women aged over 18 who want to build their confidence, improve their emotional wellbeing or get extra support. Through interactive workshops, group support and practical skill-building, you'll gain confidence, resilience and learn tools to thrive.

Free childcare for under-5s is available at the on-site creche. Breakfast and refreshments are provided.
