Naturally it’s important that our plans for the use of land are aligned with the planning policies of the London Borough of Bexley and the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We’ll be working very closely with both councils on a range of issues, including making the case for investment in transport infrastructure, with a particular focus on the Docklands Light Railway extension to the north Thamesmead.
We’ll be using our experience and expertise as place-makers, patient investors and stewards to make a lasting contribution to the cultural, physical, social and environmental wellbeing of Thamesmead, for the community today as well as future generations. This means we’ll be staying around to grow and look after Thamesmead in the long-term.
