The Reach wins Best Affordable Housing Development at the Inside Housing Awards

The development, designed by award-winning architects Pitman Tozer, has won the award for Best Affordable Housing Development (less than £20m).

Comprising 66 affordable homes, The Reach was built on a previously unused site in West Thamesmead and provides much needed, high-quality affordable properties.

It was the first Peabody development to be completed in Thamesmead, and is the first development in one of Thamesmead’s two GLA Housing Zones, which together will provide £47.5m of investment, and support our wider ambitions for the £1billion redevelopment of the town.
