Calling all caterers! TENDER NOW LIVE!

Peabody Community Foundation is looking for a dynamic bar and catering provider to operate from Sporting Club Thamesmead – a thriving community centre – in SE28.

This fantastic venue offers real potential for the right business – and Peabody Community Foundation are providing it at discounted rent!

Sporting Club Thamesmead has three football pitches, a tennis court and modern, indoor spaces available to hire for a range of private functions and community activities.

The catering provider will have the opportunity to run and cater for weekday evenings and whole day on weekends, develop a takeaway service during the day, and make an additional incoming from hiring out the space for evening parties and functions.

The contract is for three years, beginning in April 2025. Peabody Community Foundation are offering the building rent free for the first three months of the contract. After that time, rent will then be £500 per month until the end of the first year, and £600 per month for the second and third year.
