APPLY: Become a Thamesmead Connector and help improve local health and wellbeing

Connecting Thamesmead is a programme which aims to bring people together to improve health and wellbeing.

We're looking for local people to join a new group, the Thamesmead Connectors, to help us shape a programme to improve health and wellbeing.

The group will meet on a regular basis and support the programme with specific tasks. It's a great chance to meet new people, learn new skills and improve life in your community. Training will be provided, and participants will be reimbursed for their time.

If you’d like to apply, please contact Rachel via email Rachel.Carder@peabody.org.uk or phone 07721 621 211.

We look forward to hearing from you!
