Southmere Lake outdoor gym
The outdoor gym, which was previously located outside of The Link, has been relocated near Southmere Lake.
It is free to use, and includes a fitness bike, leg press and pull-up bar. There is also a new calisthenics rig which uses body weight to build strength and endurance.

Well baby clinics provide an opportunity for parents and carers to weigh their baby, speak with a Health Visitor about concerns and be given information and advice.
