Southmere Lake outdoor gym

The outdoor gym, which was previously located outside of The Link, is returning near Southmere Lake. It will be situated just off the pathway which circles the lake - between the Lakeside Centre and the second phase of the South Thamesmead regeneration.

All of the gym equipment will be returning including the fitness bike, leg press, pull up/assisted pull up, cross trainer and bench. There will also be a new calisthenics rig which uses body weight to build strength and endurance.

The outdoor gym is expected to be installed in spring 2024.
