Thames21 are looking for a group of volunteers to monitor the water across Marsh Dykes and Thamesmead.
No experience? No problem! They are providing training at Tump 53 on 15 February which will give you the skills and knowledge you need to collect data for ongoing water quality projects.
Throughout the day you will learn about pollution, how your role contributes to vital research, and how to use monitoring equipment.
After completing the training, you’ll be assigned a site to monitor monthly – Don’t worry, all the necessary equipment will be provided.
