What's On

Thamesmead has unrivalled space and scale.

It has the same footprint as central London and is the same size as the city of Winchester.

This unique area has opportunity for 20,000 new homes, thousands of new jobs, plus new leisure, cultural and commercial facilities.

The Plan

Our aim is to get Thamesmead residents healthier more active and into opportunities that are currently available in and around Thamesmead. We work with you on an individual bases to find out what your goals are, be that getting a job or training to volunteering opportunities or youth programmes.

SEED OF LIFE 1

Light Up! Festival

Light Up! will be a spectacular event taking place at Butts Wood and Tump 53. The event feature fantastic light installations, music, entertainment, food and drink. We still need volunteers to help make this event happen, so if you’re interested in taking part, email Lisa Drew.
