Help yourself to delicious and nutritious food available to everyone for free. 

Fresh fruit and vegetables are given out once a month at Broadwater Hub in West Thamesmead. Bring bags, boxes, trolleys and strong arms to take as much as they can manage. 

The food is being distributed by the Felix Project, in partnership with Love Soup Cafe and Peabody. 

“It’s to help reduce waste, so it’s not based on income or need,” said Khadeja Chowdhury, Peabody's Health and Wellbeing Projects Officer in Thamesmead. “Everyone is welcome to come along and collect fresh food to take home.”
