Empower Her Programme

Empower Her is a 12-week wellbeing and resilience programme led by Thrive Impact dedicated to supporting women, especially those affected by domestic and gender-based abuse.

Through interactive workshops, group support and practical skill-building, you'll gain confidence, resilience and learn tools to thrive.

Free childcare for under 5s is available at the on-site creche. To register for the programme and book your free creche space, you can walk in to Waterways Children's Centre and speak to a member of staff or call 020 8311 5491.
