Meeting point: Peabody Tump 53 Nature Reserve, Water Lily Walk, SE28 8AS

Jack, our Landscape Activation Manager, and Georgiana, our gardener-in-residence, will be showing you some of our community gardening hubs as well as some of the activities which take place at each location. Over the past year we have been improving our community gardens and establishing drop-in sessions where people can come along and speak with our experienced gardeners, ask any gardening related questions and help with gardening activities.

We are working and supporting local people with activities which highlight the importance of nature and why we need to nurture it. Some of the activities which we’re already doing includes creating outdoor classrooms to learning environmental skills at Tump 53 and home food growing such as the Summer Salad kits.
