As the original home of the Royal Arsenal, West Thamesmead is packed with heritage

Peabody and Berkeley Homes are working together to transform 17 acres of vacant and unused industrial land in West Thamesmead within the Abbey Wood, Thamesmead and Plumstead Housing Zone.

There will also be improved links with the rest of London, with Crossrail's Elizabeth line serving next-door Woolwich from 2018 and a Thamesmead DLR link in the pipeline.

Broadwater Dock in West Thamesmead - part of the Royal Arsenal canal
