Specifically targeted at our older residents, Zumba™ Gold offers fun, fitness movements at an achievable pace.

Indoor Cycle Circuit

Time: 9.30 - 10.30am & 7pm - 8pm

Location: Sporting Club Thamesmead

We have adapted our bikes, so they don’t move as you pedal. The bike might be stationary but you really will be going places and seeing the change in your health whilst pedalling away.

Ladies Boxing Circuit

Time: 9.30am – 10.30am

Get active, get fit with at our weekly Boxing Circuit, for women aged 14 and above.

Total Tone

Time: 9.30am – 10.30am

Total Tone circuit based exercise. Great for all including those who have never taken part in a weekly exercise programme before.

Legs, bums and tums

Time: 9.30am – 10.30am

Get fit, have fun and make new friends at our weekly Legs, Bums and Tums session for women aged 14 and over.

Suitable for individuals with a wide range of health conditions and those who are new to exercise.

Badminton

Time: 7.30pm – 9.00pm

Location: St Paul’s Academy (Finchale Road, SE2 9PX)

Playing badminton builds and tones the quads, glutes, calves and hamstrings. Your core muscles, arm and back muscles get a workout as well.

Boxfit

Time: 8pm – 9pm

Pilates

Time: 11.45am - 12.45pm

Location: Waterways Children Centre, Southwood Rd, Thamesmead, London, SE28 8EZ

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
